About Us

We work with people who are dealing with pain, restriction, and tension that’s affecting how they move and live day to day. Some train regularly, some sit at a desk for hours, some are on their feet all day. Our focus is simple: help people feel and move better.

About the Role

We’re looking for a freelance/self employed Sports Massage Therapist who takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach to treatment and is confident working with a wide range of clients, not just athletes.

Our clinic is well established in the area, with a strong existing client base, so we're looking for someone like minded to become part of the team. We work with our clients to build relationships that mean they get a well rounded, holistic approach that they can trust.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering tailored sports massage and soft tissue treatments based on individual client needs
  • Assessing movement, identifying areas of tension or restriction, and adapting treatment accordingly
  • Supporting clients with ongoing issues, not just one-off appointments
  • Building trust with clients so they feel comfortable, understood, and supported
  • Keeping clear, accurate treatment notes
  • Supporting the growth of your diary

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
