DiagoFit is looking for an experienced sports nutrition / supplement product development specialist to help develop high-quality performance products from concept through to finished formula and manufacturing.

This is not a general nutrition or coaching role. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience developing supplements that have actually gone to market, ideally within sports nutrition, pre-workout, hydration, performance or powder-based products.

You’ll work closely with the team to help shape new products, refine formulations, select ingredients and dosages, work with manufacturers and suppliers, and make sure products are both commercially viable and genuinely competitive in the market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and refine supplement formulas from concept to launch
  • Select ingredients, dosages and formats based on product goals and market positioning
  • Support development of pre-workout, performance, hydration and other sports nutrition products
  • Work with contract manufacturers, ingredient suppliers and flavour houses
  • Review raw materials, branded ingredients and supplier options
  • Help optimise flavour, mixability, texture and overall product experience
  • Balance formula quality with COGS, margin and commercial viability
  • Support manufacturer selection and production discussions
  • Review prototypes and recommend changes across development rounds
  • Keep up with new ingredients, category trends and competitor products
  • Help build a repeatable product development process for future launches

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
