Sports Programme Manager - Join the Foxes Club Team!

Inspire, Develop, Lead. That's What We Do.

Foxes Club is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Sports Programme Manager to step into a pivotal role at the heart of London youth sport.

If you are someone who thrives on responsibility, gets energy from being on the ground, and wants to shape how sport is delivered to thousands of children across London, this role was built for you. It sits at the centre of everything we do, working across our programmes, multiple venues and a team of coaches who need someone exceptional alongside them.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. It is for someone who wants to lead, grow and leave a mark.

About Us

We are one of London's leading children's sports organisations, delivering high quality sessions across venues throughout London and coaching thousands of children every week. Our programmes include term time classes, school partnerships, holiday camps, events and birthday parties across multiple sports.

Our Football Academy holds 3 Star FA Accreditation, the highest recognition awarded to grassroots clubs, and as a Nike Partner Club we compete against elite clubs including Arsenal and Chelsea.

Our mission is simple. Deliver outstanding sport in a safe, supportive environment and help young people thrive.

Who You Will Be Joining

Foxes Club is not a corporate machine. We are a close knit, high standards team that cares about what we deliver and how we deliver it. The people here are passionate, direct and ambitious. We back people who show up, take ownership and want to be part of something. If that sounds like you, you will fit right in.

Earnings and Growth

£30,000 to £34,000 per year (dependent on experience), plus a performance based bonus linked to retention, capacity utilisation, coach stability and programme growth.

We also offer one of the best packages in the sector at this level. You will receive:

  • Competitive earnings with performance based bonus potential
  • 28 days paid time off each year
  • Flexible working arrangements as you progress
  • Fuel for the day, on us. Free breakfast plus a constantly restocked range of healthy snacks, protein bars, treats and soft drinks
  • A full technology package including Apple Mac, company iPhone and necessary equipment
  • Nike kit
  • Newly refurbished West London office with free on site parking
  • Free access to our programmes for your family and friends
  • Exclusive access to Premier League and international football matches and events
  • The opportunity to grow within a high performing organisation with serious long term potential

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Start date: as soon as possible.

The Opportunity

You will join our head office programme management team, taking ownership of a portfolio of programmes within our seven day a week operation. Our provision spans term time sessions, holiday camps, birthday parties, school and nursery contracts, and our FC Academy across Kensington and Chiswick. Your portfolio will be shaped around the needs of the business and your strengths. We want someone who can move between environments and add value wherever they are deployed.

You will:

  • Lead day to day operational delivery across your programmes and venues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, parents, venue contacts and key stakeholders
  • Own scheduling, logistics and on the ground organisation within your areas
  • Maintain a strong on field presence, ensuring quality and standards never drop
  • Drive growth through retention, capacity optimisation and smart operational decisions
  • Work closely with the wider programme management team, supporting other areas of the business where needed
  • Ensure all coaches within your remit remain compliant with safeguarding and DBS requirements

This is a hands on role requiring regular weekend presence, for example most Saturday and Sunday mornings. You will divide your time between our Park Royal office and programme venues.

Organisation and Attention to Detail: Non Negotiable

We want to be upfront about this. Above everything else, this role requires someone who is exceptionally organised and meticulous with detail.

You will be managing multiple venues, coaches, schedules and families at the same time. A missed email, an incorrect register, a coach not confirmed or a venue not booked has a real impact on children, parents and our reputation. We need someone who gets it right the first time and follows through on every task without reminders.

You will be the kind of person who:

  • Plans ahead and is never caught out by something that could have been foreseen
  • Keeps accurate, up to date records and systems without being asked
  • Checks their work and spots errors before anyone else does
  • Manages a high volume of tasks and deadlines without anything slipping through the cracks
  • Communicates clearly and promptly, closing the loop on every conversation

If organisation and detail are not your natural strengths, this role will not be the right fit. If they are what you pride yourself on, we want to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For

A natural leader who thrives with ownership and accountability

  • Outstanding organisation and time management with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The confidence to make decisions and manage your workload independently
  • Experience in sports management, coaching or business development
  • Comfort working across different programme environments and team structures
  • A full UK driving licence is essential

Most importantly, we want someone ambitious, proactive and aligned with our values. No corporate jargon. Just high standards, hard work and real impact.

Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.

Application Process

First Stage: Apply via LinkedIn. Please include your CV and a cover letter in the same file, explaining why you are the right person to join the Foxes Club team. Tell us specifically how you demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail in your work.

Second Stage: Online interview for selected candidates.

Third Stage: In person interview for further selected candidates.

This is your chance to do work that matters, with a team that means it. Come and be part of Foxes Club.
