• Develop practical skills in supporting PE lessons, sports activities, and inclusive participation for all learners.
• Receive regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback from experienced school staff.
• Complete training through LMP Education, with dedicated off-the-job learning as part of your apprenticeship programme.
• Gain valuable experience that can support progression into education, sport, coaching, or further study.
