From Football and Netball to Basketball, Volleyball, Dodgeball, Rounders and more... if it's social sport, chances are we organise it!
Behind every successful league is the right venue, booked at the right time and at the right cost. We're looking for an organised, detail-focused person to help make that happen.
The Opportunity
- Booking and scheduling sports venues for hundreds of weekly leagues
- Managing venue bookings through online booking systems
- Planning around school holidays, closures and venue exclusions
- Preparing venue invoices and checking supplier invoices
- Monitoring venue costs and maximising venue utilisation
- Liaising with schools, leisure centres and venue partners
- Supporting the wider Operations team with venue-related queries

The Candidate
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy planning, calendars, spreadsheets and online systems
- Commercially minded and always looking for ways to reduce costs
- Comfortable speaking with suppliers by phone and email
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in bookings, scheduling or administration is an advantage
