The Crown Is Yours

As a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate, you'll drive the day-to-day execution of operational plans for high-intensity, live-focused sports, ensuring our offerings stay sharp and competitive. Collaborating across teams, you'll support campaign rollouts, monitor real-time performance, and turn data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll shape go-to-market strategies that elevate engagement and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Sportsbook and iGaming Promotions teams in triaging and resolving second-line customer issues while working closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to improve processes.
  • Own daily merchandising execution across key customer-facing product surfaces, ensuring that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented as expected.
  • Identify merchandising opportunities based on the event calendar, customer behavior, promotional priorities, product releases, and competitor activity.
  • Support and collaborate with other teams such as Operations, Trading, Customer Experience, and Marketing, to help proactively diagnose and solve questions from our customers.
  • Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking, proactively identifying execution risks, content gaps, and customer experience concerns.
  • Monitor and escalate technical or customer-facing issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Use customer feedback, performance data, and competitive insights to recommend merchandising improvements.
  • Serve as a go-to resource and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
