We're now looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Christmas Casual team at our Sportscraft Burnside Store.
Be part of our busiest and most exciting time of year - bring your energy to the floor, connect with our customers and work collaboratively to create great in-store experiences during the festive season.
This opportunity commences from early November 2026 through to the end of January 2027. Successful candidates must be available between those dates, including weekends and public holidays.
In this role, you will work closely with your team to share the spirit of Christmas by providing excellent customer service, maintaining the highest levels of store presentation and communicating product knowledge and styling techniques to maximise sales during our peak trade season.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome and connect with customers, understanding what they need and offering support
- Build your knowledge of our beautiful product, new arrivals and styling techniques
- Support customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms and payment areas
- Keep the store looking its best - replenished, organised and easy to shop
- Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
- Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
- Support the wider store team throughout busy peak trade, celebrating the wins together
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift
- Be prepared to learn on the go and be curious

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 - 2 years of retail experience (ideally in fashion)
- A genuine interest in fashion, product and people
- Confidence engaging with customers and creating a great shopping experience
- A positive, curious and team-focused approach
- The ability to adapt and work at pace
- Strong communication and a proactive mindset
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
