We're looking for a Sportswear Product Development Specialist to help shape the future of Limitless.
At Schoolblazer, our sportswear brand Limitless has become a leading name in the independent school market. We believe great sportswear can do more than improve performance. It can build confidence, encourage participation and inspire young people to lead active lives.
Already the leading supplier of sportswear to independent schools in the UK, Limitless serves over 230 schools and continues to grow rapidly. We have built our reputation on innovation, quality, service excellence and a relentless focus on understanding the needs of the people who wear our products. We're now looking for an experienced sportswear product expert to help us take the brand to the next level.

This is an opportunity for someone with deep experience in sportswear, athleisure, performance apparel or branded product development to have a genuine influence on the future direction of a growing and ambitious brand.
Working alongside our Sportswear Buying team, you'll bring market insight, technical expertise and product leadership to help create a sportswear upgrade that is:
- Modern and relevant
- Performance-led and fit for purpose
- Commercially successful
- Credible alongside leading sportswear brands
We're particularly interested in people who can combine:
- Strong sportswear market and trend knowledge
- Technical garment and fabric expertise
- Experience working with factories and suppliers
- A passion for creating products that genuinely stand out
- The confidence to bring fresh thinking and challenge the status quo
