About The Role
Keystone Lintels is looking for a motivated Spray Painter to join our team. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our products are finished to a high standard, working efficiently and safely within a busy production environment.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous spray painting experience who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces and products for painting
- Carrying out spray painting and finishing work
- Ensuring paint is applied evenly and consistently
- Checking finished products for quality, coverage, and consistency
- Carrying out preparation work including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Maintaining spray painting equipment and ensuring it is kept in good working order
- Cleaning spray guns, tools, and work areas
- Identifying and reporting any defects or quality issues
- Following production schedules and completing work within required timeframes
- Working closely with production and other team members to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized working environment
- Following all company procedures and health and safety requirements
- Using PPE correctly and maintaining safe working practices at all times

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience within a manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, or industrial environment would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work accurately and consistently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy production environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
