About Us
We are a structured finance asset manager, with a focus on trade receivables and asset-backed financing (ABF). Our team works closely with institutional investors, originators, and other stakeholders to design and execute innovative financing solutions across Europe.
About The Programme
Our Spring Internship is an immersive five-day experience at our London office in Mayfair, designed for ambitious students eager to explore a career in structured finance and securitisation.
The programme combines practical learning, networking opportunities, and real-world exposure to the work we do.

Programme Outline
Day 1 – Inception Day
- Introduction to the firm and the structured finance market
- Overview of our business lines and asset classes
- Assignment of a business case, working alongside one of our analysts
Day 2 – Case Work & Networking
- Dedicated time to develop your business case
- Networking sessions with our team
- Guest speaker session featuring one of our stakeholders
- Presentation by one of our associates covering our two core asset classes: Trade Receivables and Asset-Backed Finance (ABF)
Day 3 – Final Presentations
- Team presentations of your business case to our panel
- Feedback and final remarks from the team
What We’re Looking For
- Students in their penultimate year of study (undergraduate or master’s)
- Strong academic performance, ideally in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative discipline
- Genuine interest in structured finance, capital markets, or securitisation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
