It’s an exciting time to join us. With continued growth, a strong secured order book through to 2029, and our ambition to achieve LPCB Level 4 accreditation within the next 6 months, we’re investing in our technical and design capability to support the next stage of the business.
As part of this growth, we’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Design Manager to lead and develop our design function. This role can be based from any of our offices.
The Role
As Sprinkler Design Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and technical direction of the design team, making sure designs are compliant, practical, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
You’ll work closely with our project, commercial, and operational teams, providing technical guidance from early design and tender stages through to installation and commissioning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
