We are now recruiting a Sprinkler Engineer to join our Midlands/Southern team.

The Role

The position will involve, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Conduct regular testing and maintenance of sprinkler systems
  • Carry out essential PPM on fire sprinkler systems and associated equipment
  • Create detailed reports following every service visit, logging faults and potential remedial works
  • Troubleshoot and be able to repair any issues with sprinkler systems
  • Have a basic understanding of fire panels and isolations
  • Assist in Flow Switch testing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries
  • Be available for call outs
  • Be able to travel and when necessary, stay overnight, to ensure works are completed

  • Proficient in using power tools for maintenance tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have a flexible attitude to working hours
  • A full, clean driving licence
  • Excellent timekeeping and time management skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Self motivated and a team player, demonstrating professionalism, positivity and proactiveness

Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
