Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate all Project Control activities for the SPS package, including cost, schedule, contracts, budget, documentation, reporting, and manpower planning.
  • Monitor contractor progress using Primavera, ensuring delivery remains aligned with project plans and contractual commitments.
  • Control invoices, milestones, reimbursables, variation orders, and package expenditure.
  • Prepare cost forecasts, payment forecasts, budgets, and S-curves, and report performance against plan.
  • Manage contractual correspondence, documentation, transmittals, and contract administration.
  • Review and challenge contractor variation orders to protect company interests and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with the SPS Package Manager, Project Control team, contractors, C&P, HR, Finance, Engineering, and other project stakeholders.
  • Prepare package reports and contribute to weekly Project Control and monthly package meetings.
  • Coordinate Project Control personnel and support manpower planning, recruitment, and team administration.
  • Assist the SPS Package Manager and deputize when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, project controls standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Promote a strong HSE culture and intervene where activities present a risk to people, assets, or the environment.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within major oil & gas, offshore, or engineering projects.
  • 5–10 years of experience in contract, cost, and planning administration/control.
  • Strong experience in project controls, cost management, planning, and contract administration.
  • Practical experience with Primavera and project reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multicultural teams in an international environment.
  • Strong contractual, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English and French; bilingual capability is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interfaces and priorities.
  • Commitment to company HSE standards and safe working practices.
