What you'll do
Design data workflows for table synchronisation.
SQL Table Synchronisation
SQL table synchronisation is the process of aligning table data between databases, environments, servers, or migration targets. This involves:
- Migration progress tracking
- Validation
- Operational reporting
Work closely with product engineering on:
- SQL Server metadata
- Query performance
- Batch processing
- Observability features
Prototype reliable approaches for moving and checking large datasets, from small business systems to multi-billion-row tables.

What we're looking for
- Strong SQL Server experience, including schema design, indexing, query tuning, and operational troubleshooting.
- Production experience with ETL, ELT, migration, replication, or synchronisation workflows.
- Ability to turn ambiguous database problems into measured, testable product behaviour.
