SQL Database Administrator - Contract - Outside IR35 - £525 Per Day - 6 Month Contract

I'm looking for an experienced SQL DBA to join a technology team and deliver on some key projects to deliver, mostly around operational efficiencies on a 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SQL Server databases across production and non-production environments.
  • Monitor and optimise database performance.
  • Troubleshoot database and performance issues.
  • Manage database security, permissions, and access.
  • Support database deployments, migrations, and changes.

About You

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Ideally some experience with MongoDB
  • Good knowledge of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with backups, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Understanding of database security and access management.
