Company Description

Insightful Technology delivers disruptive SaaS solutions that help organizations reduce the costs, risks, and complexities of navigating regulatory requirements. The company focuses on giving businesses greater control over their data by offering an open, global, and holistic platform for storage, normalization, and real-time analysis across diverse data sources. This platform is supported by an immutable, fully auditable ledger that strengthens transparency and compliance. Secure API access enables seamless integration with existing systems, helping clients improve oversight and decision-making in complex regulatory environments.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled database administrator with excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, and on-premises datacentre deployment of such technologies, as well as associated industry standards and best practices.

The database administrator will install, run, maintain, optimise, and support our Microsoft SQL Server environments deployed on servers physically located within our own datacentres. They will take ownership of the performance, security, and evolution of the production databases and data related infrastructure. Will play a central role in ensuring our large database ecosystem remains scalable, resilient, and highly available. Success will be defined by stable and secure database services: minimal outages, fast recovery, predictable performance, validated backups, high stakeholder confidence in operational readiness, and the ability to respond quickly to issues impacting critical business systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
