Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of SQL, including data querying, manipulation, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, end-to-end testing, defect management, and release processes.
  • Previous exposure to configurable or low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and ability to translate requirements into working solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Degree or relevant experience in computer science, information technology, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and developing solutions based on detailed designs and client requirements.
  • Querying, manipulating, and optimizing data to ensure high performance and accuracy.
  • Supporting build activities alongside senior developers and build leads to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conducting unit testing and end-to-end testing to validate solutions and identify defects.
  • Investigating and resolving issues identified during testing phases to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Supporting release preparation, deployment activities, and post-deployment support.
  • Participating in peer reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.
  • Engaging throughout the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure beyond isolated development tasks.
