About Squad Goals
Sport builds performance. Squad Goals builds from identity.
Athletes spend years developing what they can do but are given far less space to discover who they are beyond performance. Their passions, cultural influences, lived experiences and ideas hold the potential for what they could create next.
Squad Goals is building the identity system alongside sport’s performance system: a living blueprint that translates athlete identity into cultural intelligence and practical pathways to create, build and own.
Our work comes to life across six cultural worlds:
- Fashion
- Music
- Film and storytelling
- Creator and community
- Physical and digital product
- IRL experiences
Across our network, athletes are already launching brands, developing products, building communities, creating new sporting formats and turning their experiences into ideas that can positively impact others.
We want to capture and share these stories—not simply to document what is happening, but to inspire more athletes to see what is possible and become part of it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
