About The Role And Team

Uber Health is moving the world by ensuring that transportation is never a barrier to care. As a Senior Growth Account Executive within the U4B Health Mid-Market team, you will be at the forefront of this mission, managing and expanding relationships with key healthcare organizations like MCOs and Large Health Systems. You aren't just managing accounts; you are solving complex logistics problems for healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.

The work is fast-paced, often ambiguous, and high-stakes, as the partnerships you build directly impact access to medical services. This role requires a "go-get-it" attitude and a high degree of ownership to navigate the messy reality of healthcare infrastructure. If you thrive on turning customer feedback into product innovation and are energized by the challenge of hitting ambitious growth targets in a dynamic environment, you will find your place here.

What You'll Do

  • Grow and retain a book of business through account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling while navigating shifting priorities and revenue goals.
  • Build and lead long-term partnerships by understanding the unique growth journeys of healthcare customers and earning trust through reliable execution.
  • Navigate internal complexity and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Legal to resolve blockers and deliver scalable solutions for your clients.
  • Derive qualitative and quantitative insights from data trends and customer stories to influence product roadmaps and improve the Uber Health experience.
  • Seek to achieve operational excellence by iterating on playbooks and internal tools, ensuring our processes keep pace with our global scale.
  • Manage high-stakes negotiations and quarterly business reviews, moving with urgency to unblock expansion opportunities within your portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
