About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially-minded Senior Account Executive to accelerate growth across the UK market for our content management SaaS platform. You will focus on acquiring and expanding relationships with media companies, publishers, broadcasters, and content-driven organizations.

This is a strategic role suited to a consultative seller who understands the evolving media landscape, (digital) content workflows, and the value of scalable SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Target and win new business across media, publishing, broadcasting, and (digital) content organizations
  • Develop tailored solutions that address content workflows, asset management, and distribution challenges
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven proposals
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Content, Digital, Product, and IT)
  • Create and execute strategic territory and account plans for the UK market
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close complex deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota achievement
  • Proven experience selling into media, publishing, broadcasting, or content-driven organizations
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), or media workflows
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals (£50k–£250k+ ACV preferred)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
