Senior Account Manager
Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
The Senior Account Manager leads the pre- to post-sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Sales Partner(s), working with clients and sales on RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution, and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service. Beyond managing key accounts, Sr AMs serve as subject-matter experts, collaborate with AM leadership on sales enablement initiatives, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our top and strategic accounts in partnership with Sales teams, driving revenue growth
- Provide seamless customer service to help clients activate campaigns
- Lead strategic media planning for strategic accounts and contribute to RFP responses (packaging, pricing, targeting)
- Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners
- Host campaign kick-off meetings and gather launch assets with clients
- Oversee ad campaign delivery performance and proactively identify and recommend in-flight upsell and cross-sell opportunities to clients based on campaign performance and evolving client objectives
- Work closely with Ads Operations on order implementation and technical troubleshooting
- Provide data-driven insights, including post-campaign wrap reports and QBRs
- Navigate campaign escalations and build long-term prevention solutions
- Partner cross-functionally on custom creative assets
- Maintain deep knowledge of ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting, and ad policies
- Represent AM team feedback and priorities to leadership, proactively surfacing risks and escalating unresolved blockers
- Lead new AM onboarding and wider AM org initiatives that improve team workflows and drive incremental revenue
- Support Sales Enablement in developing new products/processes
- Contribute to monthly billing & invoicing with clients and finance

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Account Management and/or Sales Planning in digital media, with a video advertising focus
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Operational excellence, process rigor, and cross-functional coordination
- Audience-driven, solutions-based media planning experience
- Experience with multiple deal types (DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP, Live); programmatic experience required
- Data fluency and data-driven storytelling skills
- Practical experience using generative AI and automation tools to optimise workflows and synthesize complex campaign performance data.
- Strong project management skills for multitasking across stakeholders
- Familiarity with research/verification vendors (Nielsen, iSpot, IAS, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
