This is a 3-month, hybrid contract, offering £307-538 per day (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by COB on Monday 17th August.

Unleash Your Expertise as an Ad Operations Solutions Specialist

Are you a savvy, detail-oriented ad tech expert with a passion for optimising global advertising campaigns? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a critical role where you will design, optimise, and support operational solutions that are globally impactful and locally relevant. This is your chance to significantly influence how advertising campaigns are executed at scale, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operations. You will be at the forefront of leveraging advanced automation, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading the testing of cutting-edge platform features, directly contributing to the success of our advertising initiatives and the seamless delivery of content to audiences worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute scaled campaign operations with precision, utilising automation and structured workflows.
  • Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting campaign setup, delivery, and quality issues, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to resolve bugs and validate platform behavior.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign issues with external partners, acting as a key technical escalation point for complex delivery and policy challenges.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance on partner work, identifying error trends, addressing process gaps, and contributing to best practice guidance.
  • Lead the testing of new product features, tools, and commercial formats, ensuring operational readiness for successful launches.
  • Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback loops, identifying opportunities for task automation and process streamlining.
  • Support the compilation and analysis of quality and efficiency metrics, contributing to dashboard development and data-driven process improvements.
  • Maintain and update critical training documentation for internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent knowledge across operations.
  • Serve as a crucial support for cross-functional partners, addressing ad policy queries, creative validation, and engineering alerts.
  • Engage in technical discussions, effectively communicating delivery concerns, feature requests, and bug reports.

What You’ll Bring

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on digital ad trafficking workflows including campaign setup, creative validation, pacing monitoring, billing, and reconciliation
  • Technical ad ops troubleshooting and bug validation across ad servers, order management systems (OMS), CRM, and task management tools
  • External vendor and offshore BPO operational oversight, including QA, error trend analysis, and process guidance
  • Product testing and platform feature readiness, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback loops with Product and Engineering
  • Data and process optimization, including compiling quality and efficiency metrics and contributing to operational dashboard development
  • Cross-functional technical communication for ad policy queries, creative validation, engineering alerts, and operational escalations
