This role supports global payroll operations by managing data integrity, coordinating with regional teams and vendors, and delivering exceptional service to colleagues. The position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of international payroll practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors associated with the delivery of payroll services for assigned geographies and coordinate responses to inquiries from tax, social security, or other organizations.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact to support other functions or locations in resolving payroll issues, employee or vendor inquiries after escalation to Global Business Processes.
  • Compliance & Audits: Coordinate and manage the audit process for assigned geographies and ensure timely and accurate reporting to government agencies, insurance companies, and other organizations.
  • Gross-to-Net Validation: Validate gross-to-net payroll results (registers) for accuracy and provide finance with payroll results timely to post to the General Ledger.
  • System Maintenance: Support the maintenance, upkeep, and modification of earning and deduction records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend ongoing changes to improve the quality and cost of payroll services.
  • Governance: Escalate issues per the defined governance schedule and serve as focal point for key project initiatives impacting broader payroll operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
