Job Purpose
The role of Site Administrator will support the site management team across several areas. Be skilled in data analysis and able to respond to a fast-moving manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will be involved across all departments of the factory.

Key Accountabilities
- Managing site communications and supporting data analysis for site improvement projects
- Support the Supply Chain, New Business and Customer Service Function
- Managing inventory for site office supplies and stationery
- Managing company uniform distribution
- Support management and employees with the use of our Time Management System.
- Responsible for booking meetings, greeting customers and visitors
- Point of contact for travel and accommodation bookings for the Hamilton site.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Site champion for the charity committees, health and wellbeing, and values first awards.
- Support HR and EHS with site training requirements and management of site activity calendar.
- To update notice boards around site as directed
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Able to multitask
- Excellent Customer Services Skills
- High level of data accuracy
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
