Job title: Senior Brand Manager – Alzheimer’s Diagnostics

Location: Basingstoke

Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid – 3 days a week office based

Reports to: Neuro Brand Lead UK/ROI

Role Overview

The Alzheimer’s opportunity is one of the most exciting we have seen in the history of Lilly. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is one of the leading causes of death in the UK, with no current medications for cure or prevention. Lilly has 30+ years of investment in AD research and development across both therapeutics and diagnostics. The UK ecosystem is not ready to implement disease-modifying medications at this time and has no defined diagnostic pathway for patients with early Alzheimer's Disease. The role of the Alzheimer's Diagnostics Brand Manager is to prepare the ecosystem to support accurate and timely diagnoses of Alzheimer’s Disease. They will help HCPs see the value of biomarker diagnostic tools to confirm AD diagnosis and unlock the ability to diagnose patients earlier and more accurately. The Alzheimer's Diagnostics Brand Manager will implement strategies to increase the use of cognitive assessments, blood biomarkers, CSF biomarkers, and PET tracers.

The successful Marketing candidate will need to work closely and in strong collaboration with key cross functional stakeholders across Global, IBU and local colleagues to deliver on the key diagnostic priorities. This individual will need to work with several other enabling functions including PRA, Medical, OCE, Regulatory, Finance, E&C, sales, Corporate Affairs, IBU, Global.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
