Role Description

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within data, analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise system initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business process analysis.
  • Proven experience in data analysis using SQL, data mapping, business rule definition, and process documentation.
  • Understanding of data quality, governance, master data, metadata, and data management principles.
  • Experience working closely with data engineering, architecture, reporting, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business insights, recommendations, and actionable requirements.
  • Experience defining KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements for business stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data dictionaries.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and managing requirements through Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
