This role serves as a trusted partner to stakeholders, helping translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful technology solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills with experience supporting HR technology solutions. They are naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity through ambiguity. Success in this role requires the ability to facilitate productive conversations between business and technical teams while ensuring requirements are thoroughly defined, documented, and aligned to business outcomes.
This role supports People & Culture processes and technologies including Employee Central, Employee Central Time, Compensation, and Performance & Goals Management.
- Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions to define business needs and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and solution planning within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify dependencies, and assess impacts across people, processes, and technology.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, decisions, risks, assumptions, and requirements.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and solution approaches while maintaining focus on business value and core requirements.
- Communicate priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
