Millions of people around the world come to our platform to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for memories that will last a lifetime. At Pinterest, we’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with the people behind the product.

At Pinterest, AI isn't just a feature, it's a powerful partner that augments our creativity and amplifies our impact, and we’re looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of that. To get a complete picture of your experience and abilities, we’ll explore your foundational skills and how you collaborate with AI.

Through our interview process, what matters most is that you can always explain your approach, showing us not just what you know, but how you think. You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process here.

We’re looking for a Senior Client Partner to join the team and be part of the team that leads the strategic partnerships with Amazon across key lines of business in Europe. You’ll operate as a senior industry leader in retail and e-commerce, partnering closely with cross-functional teams (Measurement, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Client Account Management) to build and execute multi-quarter growth plans. You will own senior client relationships, shape multi-quarter growth strategies, and translate complex performance insights into clear, executive-level recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a portfolio of Amazon lines of business (e.g., category, region, or program) and serve as the senior point of contact across client, agency, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead multi-quarter account strategies that tie Amazon’s business objectives to Pinterest’s full-funnel solutions, with clear success metrics and measurement plans.
  • Build and deepen relationships with director, VP, and at times C-suite stakeholders at Amazon, influencing decision-making and navigating a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Partner with Client Account Managers to ensure operational excellence across campaigns: forecast, plan, and optimize to deliver against revenue, performance, and product adoption targets.
  • Translate performance data and measurement outputs (e.g., MMM/MTA or Amazon’s source-of-truth systems) into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Measurement, Data Science, Marketing, Creative) to shape and test new products and programs for this emerging line of business.
  • Contribute to GTM playbooks for Amazon-aligned solutions and help scale successful approaches across regions, categories, and pods.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, manage escalations with internal and external partners, and ensure alignment on priorities across teams.
  • Represent Amazon partnership needs and insights back into internal planning, influencing roadmaps and resourcing decisions.
  • Model Pinterest values and client partnership best practices, coaching peers and raising the bar on execution quality within the broader team.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve strategic planning, uncover insights more efficiently, and enhance the quality and speed of client-facing recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
