At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of multinational advertisers. You will lead global strategy and long-term growth for each account, working across regions, agencies and internal teams to turn Netflix's scale, technology and storytelling into measurable business results for brands.

This is a consultative, senior role. You will serve as a strategic representative for Netflix with C-level and marketing leadership, and as the business owner of each partnership. Success in this role requires a creative and solutions-focused approach, the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures, and a commitment to client partnership both externally and within Netflix.

What You'll Do

  • Set the global vision. Shape the strategy, approach and success metrics for global brand accounts, building on Netflix's portfolio of series, films, live events (including the NFL, WWE, MLB and the FIFA Women's World Cup) and brand partnerships.
  • Lead partnership development. Lead the end-to-end development, negotiation and execution of multi-market Global Netflix Preferred Partnerships (NPPs), partnering with regional sales, MP&O, legal and brand partnership teams to secure and scale major advertiser commitments.
  • Build joint business plans. Manage ongoing deal stewardship and account performance by tracking quarterly spend milestones, revenue pacing, and coordinating cross-functional quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with global guidance.
  • Build senior relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with C-level and marketing leadership at clients and agency holding companies, and educate them on the value of Netflix.
  • Identify new opportunities. Identify and unlock new sources of investment, including new lines of business and sub-brands.
  • Align the regions. Work with regional sales leadership to set objectives, strengthen positioning in their markets, and coordinate clients' local activation, including in new ads markets as they launch.
  • Bring the best of Netflix Ads. Partner with Ad Sales, Product, Marketing, Research and Measurement to bring the Netflix Ads Suite, AI-powered planning and creative tools, programmatic buying (including through Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Yahoo and Google DV360), and new formats such as pause ads, live and video podcasts to clients.
  • Be the escalation point. Resolve client issues promptly and keep clients and local teams aligned.
  • Stay ahead. Track video advertising trends and digital innovation, and use data and AI tools to support analysis and planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
