Your Impact
As a Senior Consultant, you will work at the clients’ sites to present, develop and implement OpenText EIM solutions by using your excellent communication skills and strong technical competence. You will be interacting directly with our clients, working with them to enable their EIM vision using the wide array of OpenText’s industry-leading software solutions. Your responsibilities will be to use your business and technical skills across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, integration, deployment, testing, and client orientation.
With your previously acquired knowledge in Information Management-related technologies, you quickly realize opportunities and never lose sight of the big picture. You tackle problems actively and responsibly and find pragmatic ways to solve them. You react flexibly to demands and customers’ needs and enjoy working in a team and with our international clients.
What the Role Offers
- Deliver high-quality Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and client expectations.
- Configure, develop, and deploy software solutions that address client business needs and support successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and fit-for-purpose solution designs.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with established development standards and quality assurance processes.
- Develop high-quality project documentation across all phases of delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and knowledge transfer.
- Foster trusted client partnerships by effectively managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate engaging presentations, interactive workshops, and product demonstrations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress, activities, and time allocation in line with organizational policies and procedures.

What You Need to Succeed
- Active high-level Security Clearance in the UK is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in information management, software development, or technical consulting.
- Strong technical background with a broad understanding of enterprise IT environments and solution delivery. Hands-on development experience is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of IT architecture and enterprise technologies, including client-server systems, networking, operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new technologies, products, and business domains.
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, Shell Scripting, HTML5, XML, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven ability to take ownership of technical workstreams, lead delivery activities, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams, resources, and subject matter experts across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess business challenges and design pragmatic, scalable solution architectures.
- Knowledge of OpenText Information Management solutions, including Extended ECM, Information Archive, or related platforms, would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with OpenText Extended ECM for Microsoft 365, including integration with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at client locations across the London area as required.
