With 85+ years of experience and a presence in more than 200 countries and territories, we've built a foundation of stability and trust to help millions of people around the world send funds quickly, securely, and affordably.

We're looking for bold thinkers, builders, technologists, and sellers who want real ownership of their work, thrive in collaborative environments, and are energized by solving complex challenges. Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact - fast.

If you're eager to shape the future of cross-border payments and financial services, join us as we transform how the world moves money.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager to cover a fixed-term maternity leave, owning end-to-end creative operations across Paid Media: Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO/ASO, Organic Social and Affiliates.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring someone who can operate with full autonomy from day one. You'll have handover documentation and a capacity and tools baseline to work from, but process, tooling and ways of working across the wider creative function are still being actively built. You'll need to build structure without being directed and manage complexity without creating it.

You pressure-test everything against real business impact, communicate with clarity at every level of the organisation, and know how to keep high-velocity creative teams moving without compromising brand integrity, budget discipline, or regulatory standards.

This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, budget and vendor administration, and stakeholder management, coordinating between internal designers, copywriters, agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, growth, finance, and legal/compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end creative operations across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO/ASO, Organic Social and Affiliates, from intake through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
  • Manage and continuously refine creative processes, capacity tracking, SLAs, resourcing and workflows that scale with the business and respond to shifting priorities
  • Oversee creative review workflows to ensure all assets meet brand, legal/compliance, and platform standards
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and surface solutions that maintain momentum without creating additional burden on the wider team
  • Support Asana implementation and team onboarding, and maintain the wider creative production tooling, ensuring accurate workflow tracking, capacity visibility, and stakeholder reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships, holding partners accountable to quality and delivery standards
  • Manage budget tracking, raise POs, and process invoices in partnership with Finance and Procurement
  • Maintain single sources of truth for projects, capacity, budgets and key trackers, so access and ownership never depend on one individual

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in creative operations, with demonstrable experience at a senior or lead level, ideally within performance or paid media marketing
  • Proven ability to ramp quickly and self-direct without close oversight, operating independently from day one in an environment where process and tooling are still evolving
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to communicate clearly and confidently with peers, directors, and executives, adapting approach and level of detail to the audience
  • Highly organised with a proactive working style; surfaces problems with solutions, updates stakeholders without being prompted, and manages upward effectively
  • Experience coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders, with clarity on ownership and decision rights at every handoff
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structure is still being built, energised by transformation rather than unsettled by it
  • Proficient with project management tooling (ideally direct experience with Asana) and confident onboarding teams onto new systems
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to distill complexity into clear, concise updates and flag risks with confidence
  • Direct experience with budget administration: raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking spend against a defined budget
  • Familiarity with localisation workflows and multi-market creative production
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated, high-compliance environment
