Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled and expert creative Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex marketing and creative initiatives. As a strategic delivery contributor within our creative team, you’ll drive creative execution across channels and disciplines, ensuring that multiple campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals all while establishing priorities for the team, encouraging a positive environment that removes barriers to efficient campaign execution.

You will partner closely with the account manager, creative leads, and partners across the business to turn marketing strategy into successful outcomes. We are looking for a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a collaborator who thrives in adaptable environments. You will excel in cultivating positive team environments while maintaining focus on mitigating risks and meeting timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Project Management & Execution:

  • Lead the execution of multiple complex campaigns across marketing channels
  • Translate business goals and marketing strategies into clear campaign and project plans, results, and timelines
  • Proactively coordinate project scope, resources, and risks—ensuring efficiency, quality, and budget alignment
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and guide project workflows from intake through delivery
  • Lead project meetings, own status documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with clear action items
  • Partner with creative and operational teams to optimize tools, templates, and processes that improve project delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to streamline workflows and remove executional barriers
  • Leverage data and project insights to inform decision-making and prioritize next steps
  • Exercise influence and negotiation capabilities to align stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions that balance creative excellence with business objectives

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the go-to execution lead for assigned campaigns under a specific account, maintaining alignment between creative framework and business partners' objectives
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships across teams—becoming a trusted, reliable point of contact for campaign-related updates
  • Employ sophisticated relationship management, anticipate partner needs, handle expectations proactively, and provide advanced interpersonal skills and transparency into campaign and project health, risks, and timelines
  • Support the account manager in capacity planning, prioritization, forecasting, and delivery strategy

Mentorship:

  • Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering professional growth, skill development, and confidence in project delivery practices
  • Provide guidance on best practices, problem-solving approaches, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to strengthen overall team capability

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading creative or marketing projects, including complex or enterprise-scale campaigns and programs
  • Proven success managing multiple deadlines and results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and marketing processes across omni-channel campaigns
  • Expertise in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Proven understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Lean project methodologies is highly recommended
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clarity, navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and effectively negotiate to achieve aligned outcomes
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to building an inclusive and high-performing team culture
  • Maintains composure and delivers results in high-pressure and demanding situations.
