Role: Sr D365 SME (Sales and Marketing)
Location: Reading, UK
Type of role: Contract
Work mode - Hybrid - 2-3 Days onsite in a week
JD:
SSE is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 SME with deep expertise in D365 Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of leading similar business transformation initiatives. The SME would be expected to:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Demonstrate standard Dynamics 365 capabilities and showcase fit-to-standard approaches.
- Share lessons learned and best practices from comparable D365 implementations.
- Challenge unnecessary customization requests and promote maximum adoption of OOTB functionality.
- Help business stakeholders understand what "good" looks like through industry-leading processes and operating models.
- Facilitate workshops, guide business discussions, and advise on solution design decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both SSE and TCS teams, helping bridge the gap between business expectations and platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced D365 practitioner with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior business leaders and driving alignment around best-practice CRM processes, demonstrate how Standard OOTB workflows /approach can benefit business.
