Shape the strategy. Lead delivery. Grow Advanced Solutions.
This is a senior leadership role with significant influence across the organisation. Reporting into a senior strategic leader, you'll help shape and plan divisional and Advanced Solutions strategy, translating it into clear, executable plans that drive performance and growth.
You will initially lead three Technical Centers of Excellence (CoEs), with scope designed to scale over time, potentially encompassing additional CoEs and a broader mandate across Advanced Solutions planning and strategic development - aligned to your expertise and contribution.
Working closely with European leadership and key stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in turning strategic intent into commercial and operational success.

What you'll be doing
- Owning full profit and loss responsibility, driving growth and profitability.
- Leading and developing three CoEs, expanding to more CoEs over time.
- Setting and delivering the strategic direction for your COEs in partnership with European leadership.
- Shaping Advanced Solutions planning and strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.
- Contributing to overall company strategy and long-term direction.
- Leading senior relationships with key vendors, customers and channel partners.
- Acting as the escalation point for major vendor relationships.
- Developing and owning divisional and CoE business plans, including the annual operating plan (AOP).
- Identifying market growth opportunities and building plans to capitalise on them.
- Driving market share, share of wallet and sustainable growth targets.
- Providing strategic direction across purchasing, sales and pricing.
- Recruiting, leading, coaching and developing high-performing leadership teams.
- Engaging internal stakeholders up to board level.
- Raising the internal and external visibility and profile of your CoEs.

What you'll bring
- Proven experience with full P&L ownership.
- Strong commercial negotiation and decision-making capability.
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams or CoEs.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
- Strong business planning, forecasting and review experience.
- Confidence influencing across functions and at executive level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong track record of people leadership and talent development.
- Experience recruiting and developing senior-level talent.
- Strong understanding of the IT marketplace, including customers, vendors and competition.
- High numerical capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability and integrity.
