We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) product portfolio. In this role, you will help shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap for LCA-based tools and services, working closely with Engineering, Product, Science, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating customer needs, market trends, scientific developments, and regulatory requirements into innovative product solutions that deliver measurable customer and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the LCA product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with overall company objectives and customer needs in sustainability and ESG.
- Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, partnering closely with UX/UI, Engineering, Data, and Science teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs through customer engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and monitoring of emerging sustainability and regulatory trends.
- Own the product development lifecycle for LCA solutions, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with internal sustainability and scientific experts to ensure product integrity, scientific rigor, and alignment with ISO 14040/44 and other relevant global standards.
- Guide the development of partnerships, integrations, and data strategies involving third-party LCA databases, methodologies, and software platforms.
- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and product performance.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, sales enablement, product positioning, and industry events.
- Act as a product subject matter expert and advocate for LCA, representing the product portfolio with customers, partners, industry organizations, and at relevant conferences.
- Collaborate with senior product and business leaders to prioritize investments and manage the product portfolio, balancing customer value, market opportunity, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Stay current on developments in LCA methodologies, sustainability data, regulations, and industry standards and translate these developments into product opportunities.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant experience leading product teams or complex product portfolios.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and delivering B2B SaaS products, ideally within sustainability, ESG, environmental software, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies, sustainability data, and relevant frameworks such as GHG Protocol and ISO standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing product management teams and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking and product vision, combined with the ability to translate strategy into an actionable roadmap and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, scientific, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and scientific teams to develop technically complex products.
- Strong customer orientation with experience using customer insights and market intelligence to inform product strategy and prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience working with sustainability regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with LCA software and platforms such as SimaPro, openLCA, GaBi, or similar solutions.
- Experience working with LCA databases, environmental product data, or sustainability data platforms.
- Experience in a global B2B SaaS organization serving large enterprise customers.
