What We Are Looking For
Bandwidth is building a dedicated Salesforce Alliance team to win the global contact center market. As Director of Salesforce Alliance Pipeline & Development, you will own and grow Bandwidth's relationship with Salesforce — building the contacts, credibility, and pipeline motion that makes Bandwidth the undisputed carrier of choice for Salesforce's Agentforce contact center platform.
You will be Bandwidth's face to Salesforce's partner and field teams globally, coordinating inbound and outbound lead flow, aligning go-to-market strategy, and managing two field-based direct reports who work the Salesforce event circuit in Europe and North America.
This is a high-visibility, externally-facing role that requires deep knowledge of Salesforce's internal structure, the contact center ecosystem, and carrier-grade voice and messaging.
What You'll Do
SALESFORCE RELATIONSHIP OWNERSHIP
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships across Salesforce's partner, alliances, Agentforce, and contact center teams — from individual contributors to executive sponsors
- Serve as Bandwidth's primary point of contact for Salesforce's ISV/partner and co-sell programs
- Maintain a comprehensive map of Salesforce contacts relevant to contact center, Agentforce, and the carrier partner ecosystem
- Facilitate executive engagement between Bandwidth and Salesforce leadership on a regular cadence
PIPELINE GENERATION & LEAD FLOW
- Drive mutual pipeline between Bandwidth and Salesforce — both generating leads from Salesforce and routing Bandwidth-sourced leads into Salesforce deals
- Build and manage a structured lead-exchange process with Salesforce's alliance and field teams
- Track and report Salesforce-influenced and co-sell pipeline, maintaining accurate data in CRM
- Set pipeline generation targets for the team and hold direct reports accountable

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
