Full Stack Engineer
An AI company is building systems to help organisations detect and respond to disinformation attacks in real time. The platform combines machine learning, proprietary knowledge of attack and defence techniques, and large-scale, high-throughput data analysis. The founding team brings over forty years of combined experience building data systems used by national security and commercial organisations. After strong early traction, the team is now accelerating the build-out of the platform.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer - backend-leaning, with enough frontend comfort to own features end-to-end. You'll design and build systems from scratch across both layers, working without pre-existing frameworks and making architectural decisions independently from day one.
The team is ~15 people and growing. Responsibilities are broadly scoped by design - more complex problems are on the horizon, and you'll grow into them. Right now, expect mostly backend-driven frontend work in a fast-moving environment where ownership is the norm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
