About the Team
The Workday VNDLY Functional Consulting Team are all about our customers and configuring Workday VNDLY to solve their day to day problems. We are true consultants who care about our customers goals and how best to use our technology to meet their goals. Our team of professionals have a broad and deep understanding of the Contingent Labor landscape (Staffing or Managed Services Provider MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) industries by working in this space or working with other VMS software directly or indirectly.
The team is responsible for delivery to our clients such as performing live demonstrations, requirement gathering, and all aspects of the deployment. The Workday VNDLY Functional Team works directly with our customers throughout a project deployment and is responsible for various key milestones within the project. We help our customers make the most of Workday VNDLY and how we interact with other Workday core products.
About the Role
As a Functional Consultant, you will provide full life-cycle deployment expertise to our customers from gathering requirements, configuring Workday VNDLY, and testing various modules to align with their business requirements. The key to be successful is to problem solve, think on your feet, advise customers of their options and be a trusted resource. Once you learn Workday VNDLY, the word "consultant" really becomes the key to this role.

As part of this role you will:
- Understand customer business requirements and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and support the testing phase.
- Love to problem solve and ‘think’ through various requirements and how you would configure the software to meet those customer needs.
- Work with technical consultants to ensure seamless touch points throughout project.
- Participate in updates to training and best practices to share across the team.
- Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them informed of overall project status.
- Mentor less experienced consultants and embody team player mindset.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of functional experience in Vendor Management Software (VMS) solutions or systems including Workday VNDLY
- Experience in Contingent Labor, Staffing, or Recruiting
- 5+ years deploying ATS or other HR related solutions or systems
- 5+ years Consulting experience
Other Qualifications
- 2+ years experience implementing Workday VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar applications
- Passion for customer service and project management
- Team Player and able to demonstrate this trait
- Potential travel up for 25%
- Fluency in German or French preferred
