Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy & Services, product marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing, communications, experiential marketing and other stakeholders, the role translates creative briefs into compelling visual communications while ensuring consistency with Christie brand standards across print, digital, web, video, presentations, trade shows and emerging media.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that support marketing campaigns, product launches, corporate communications, and customer engagement.
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, video, motion graphics, presentations, environmental graphics, trade shows, photography, web, social media, and emerging media.
- Execute design projects from concept through final production, preparing production-ready artwork that meets technical specification for print, digital, web, and multi-media applications.
- Adapt existing creative assets for multiple channels, formats, and global audiences.
- Work with external agencies, printers, freelancers, photographers, and production vendors as assigned
- Recommend improvements to visual identity, templates, and brand assets.
- Champion accessible design principles and compliance with applicable accessibility standards.

Location: Hybrid position in Wokingham

The experience and skills we value:
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Creative Advertising or a related design discipline.
- 6-8 years in creative services, graphic design, digital media, agency or in-house marketing environments.
- Experience with global B2B marketing organizations desirable
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, brand development, and visual storytelling.
- Experience providing creative guidance and leading design execution across multidisciplinary marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, layout, photography, video production, motion graphics, and digital media.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Blender, Microsoft 365, project management platforms, and Digital Asset Management systems

- Results-oriented with strong accountability for quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or motion design is desirable.
- Experience designing for experiential marketing, exhibitions, events and large-format graphics is highly desirable.
