As we scale our International GTM motion, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Sr. International Project Manager to design and drive the execution of a set of key strategic projects aligned to our International sales plays and GTM priorities.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of International leadership. You will work closely with regional sales, channel, technical, finance, and enablement teams, as well as Corporate Strategy, Operations, and PMO functions, to build a cohesive International program that translates our key sales strategies into measurable field-level results.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Own and drive the International Program Management framework, ensuring it is structured, visible, and actionable from leadership to District Manager level.
  • Define program milestones, workstreams, and success metrics in partnership with International leadership and Corporate PMO.
  • Maintain a consolidated International project plan that integrates inputs from Europe, Emerging, and APJ, with clear ownership, timelines, and status.

  • Drive structured feedback loops from Sales, Channel, Technical, Ops and Finance leads, incorporating ground-level insights into project design and iteration.
  • Own end-to-end management of the International Cyber Up Program, acting as the primary point of accountability across Europe, Emerging, and APJ.
  • Track program progress against milestones and key metrics, maintaining a clear, up-to-date view for International leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Embed the program with regional and cross-functional teams — Sales, Channel, Enablement, and Ops — ensuring consistent adoption and alignment with local priorities.
  • Review program results on a regular cadence, capturing insights and lessons learned to inform iteration and drive continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Driver capabilities; sets pace and pushes projects to outcomes, rather than administering a process.
  • Strong GTM/sales operations background with the standing to influence and hold accountable an International SVP, Regional VPs, and field leadership.
  • Takes personal accountability for program outcomes and field results, not just for tracking and reporting on them.
  • Makes judgment calls with incomplete information, resolves blockers directly, and escalates only when a decision genuinely sits above their authority.
  • Extensive track record of standing up program structures and operating rhythms from scratch, not just running an existing framework.
  • Experience driving alignment across Europe, Emerging Markets, and APJ, where priorities and working styles differ.
  • Turns KPIs and dashboards into clear recommendations and decisions, rather than producing reporting for its own sake.
  • Proactively surfaces risk and opportunity early and acts on it, rather than waiting for direction.
