Job Description: IT Business Systems Analyst – CMES (2 to 3 Years Experience)

Position: Salesforce Support Engineer

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Location: UK

5 Days week compulsory

Role Summary:

Lead and drive manufacturing system projects, business improvements, process enhancements, and innovation initiatives using the Dassault MES (CMES) platform.

Act as the onsite Manufacturing SME, partnering with business and IT teams to deliver high-value solutions that improve plant performance, efficiency, quality, and user experience. Critical support involvement is expected only for major business-impacting Production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CMES-related projects, enhancements, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of the Dassault MES platform.
  • Act as the trusted Manufacturing CMES SME for Assembly Operations, providing guidance on best practices and future capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs, testing plans, and successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and plant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support resolution of critical production-impacting issues when required.

  • Strong expertise in Dassault MES/CMES within an assembly manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects, enhancements, process improvements, and business value, not just production support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with shop-floor users, manufacturing leaders, and IT stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Below are the technical skills required along with above:

  • Expert in Database design, Development, Support, Translation, Testing and Deployment in Apriso 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2026 versions
  • Expertise in upgrade project activities
  • Sound knowledge of Process Builder, FlexNet translation tool, Global process manager, Machine Integrator, Microsoft SQL, Apriso Portal
  • Expert in development, performance optimization for complex SQL queries, writing and execution of test cases, preparation of test reports, deployment, post upgrade activities and support projects
  • Strong root cause analysis & well experienced in performance improvement of screens
  • Screen designing through HTML and CSS in process builder
  • Package creation and deployment with Global Process Manager to multiple servers
  • Configuration of Central Configuration, CSS and Configuration Manager
  • Development Life Cycle (SDLC) mainly into Analysis, Architect, Software Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, End-user training of Enterprise and Web based applications by using Agile
  • Experience in Ignition and Opcenter MES
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing process
  • Expert in Java scripting, Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL server
  • Experience in web services and developing Business Integration of MES with ERP
  • Real time production support experience
