Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Partner Management is responsible for developing strategic partner plans to drive mutual growth and align with organizational goals while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners. This role involves leading negotiations, analyzing partner performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions and identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the partner management team, implement training programs, ensure compliance with agreements, and regularly report performance metrics to senior management, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align with organizational goals and drive mutual growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
  • Lead negotiations and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze partner performance and develop strategies to enhance partner effectiveness and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions and align business operations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the partner management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
  • Develop and implement partner training programs to enhance partner knowledge and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements and organizational policies.
  • Regularly report on partner performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
  • Manage, mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Skill Level Requirements

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with business partners, ensuring collaborative success and strategic alignment. - Expert
  • Proven ability to develop, launch, and manage effective human resources programs that meet organizational objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity. - Expert
  • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, improving customer service, retention, and sales growth. - Expert
  • Comprehension of the inner workings of a company, including its market positioning, competitive dynamics, and operational processes, to inform decision-making and drive sustainable growth. - Expert
  • Experience in utilizing video conferencing platforms, hosting virtual meetings, managing participant interactions, and troubleshooting common technical issues. - Expert

Other Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner or project management
  • 3-5 years of experience presenting to partners, internal management, and client/customer executives
  • 2+ years of management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 20%
