Senior Creative Shoot & Production Manager

You’ll be joining our London hub in the heart of Farringdon, steps away from the iconic Hatton gardens and Leather Lane. Inside you’ll find a modern workspace with 12 showrooms, themed meeting rooms and inspiring creative spaces. Our multi-disciplinary team of 70+ adidas employees drive impact across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

What You’ll Do

You will manage and deliver internal and consumer-facing cross-media (print, digital, and TV) shoot and production solutions across all communications activation levels. You’ll act as a proven people leader, managing both internal and external producers while providing strategic input on Production Operations.

A Day In The Life

  • Lead small to large-scale Productions: Oversee leadership and creative execution for complex, cross-media shoots (print, digital, TV) from end-to-end.
  • Manage Resources: Resource allocation, Identify resource gaps, assign daily shoot tasks, agencies management.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Control production budgets, handle estimate reviews and negotiations, oversee costs, and manage shoot-related travel and expenses.
  • Coordinate Operations & Logistics: Oversee timelines, business affairs (clearances and insurance), sample sourcing, talent/athlete attendance, and location/crew procurement.
  • Support Strategic Directives: Align production strategies with Brand Marketing Operations to improve shoot efficiencies and scale production infrastructure.

  • Proven track record in producing and executing complex, end-to-end cross-media shoots (print, digital, TV) on time and on budget.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing, training, and allocating work to executional producers.
  • Expertise in end-to-end productions, including budget negotiation, procurement, talent/athlete handling, clearances, and vendor management.
