Senior Manager, Customer Business Planning - EMEA

The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Customer Business Planning - EMEA, is the global business owner responsible for defining, governing, and continuously evolving Mattel's Customer Business Planning (CBP) capability within Salesforce Key Account Management (KAM).
This role will establish a globally standardized commercial planning process that connects Customer Business Planning, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Sales Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Commercial Finance into one integrated planning ecosystem. Working across Global Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and regional commercial teams, the role will drive process excellence, product strategy, and business adoption to maximize the value of Mattel's commercial transformation investment.
What Your Impact Will Be
Mattel is transforming the way it plans, forecasts, and manages customer business globally. This role is at the center of that transformation, ensuring Salesforce becomes the single commercial planning platform that connects Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning. The successful candidate will help establish one global planning process, improve commercial agility, and maximize the return on Mattel's Salesforce Enablement investment.
Key Responsibilities
Global Process Leadership
- Own the global vision, governance, and roadmap for Customer Business Planning.
- Develop standardized global processes while balancing regional business requirements.
- Champion a single, connected commercial planning process across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning.
Product Ownership
- Serve as the Global Business Product Owner for Salesforce Customer Business Planning.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, enhancement backlog, and business requirements.
- Partner with IT and Salesforce development teams to deliver scalable business capabilities.
- Approve user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Connected Planning & Business Integration
- Own the business design connecting Salesforce with Sales Forecasting, Demand Planning, Commercial Finance, and other planning systems.
- Ensure customer plans, promotional investments, and forecasts operate through one integrated planning process.
- Champion data integrity and a single source of truth across commercial planning.

Stakeholder Leadership & Change Management
- Build alignment across Global Sales, Regional Commercial teams, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners.
- Lead global business adoption through governance, communications, training, and continuous improvement.
- Influence enterprise decisions that balance global standardization with regional business needs.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Planning, Sales Forecasting, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Planning, or related commercial functions.
- Experience leading enterprise business transformation or global technology implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, TPM, ERP, or planning platforms (Anaplan experience preferred).
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.

- Gross annual salary range of GBP 85,760 - GBP 101,840
- Bonus scheme: Participation in Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with the target of 25% of base salary, payout is determined by company and individual performance results
