Job Description -
Role: Senior Manager, Insurance Marketing
Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Insurance Marketing will partner with the Insurance Go-to-Market lead to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Genpact’s presence with insurers, partners, advisors, and key stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem. This role requires a proactive, highly organized marketing operator who can create structure, move priorities forward, and deliver with quality, consistency, and pace.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and self-starter who can own multiple marketing workstreams at once, including campaigns, events, content, sales enablement, account-based marketing, analyst and partner activities, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Experience in insurance and/or financial services is preferred, but the primary focus is on strong marketing operations, clear communication, responsiveness, and the ability to drive a variety of marketing efforts in support of the Insurance growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Planning & Execution: Drive integrated marketing planning and execution across campaigns, events, content, digital, ABM, client advocacy, and sales enablement. Own timelines, dependencies, and workstream coordination to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver against business priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a responsive point of coordination across the Insurance Go-to-Market lead, business stakeholders, sales teams, and marketing colleagues. Drive follow-ups, clarify inputs, surface risks, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps.
- Brand Management: Own the consistent and professional application of the Genpact brand across Insurance marketing communications and materials, ensuring assets reinforce Genpact’s position as a trusted industry and advanced technology partner.
- Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Drive Insurance marketing campaigns across events, digital, email, content, and social channels. Manage inputs, timelines, lead tracking, and handoffs to advance demand generation, prospect nurturing, and business development priorities.
- Event Management & Execution: Own planning and execution details for industry events, conferences, webinars, and internal activations, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, communications, timelines, and post-event follow-up. Orchestrate relevant global marketing initiatives across Brand, AI & Advanced Tech, Genpact Next, and NextGen events into the Insurance business teams.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive targeted ABM programs for key strategic accounts by coordinating personalized marketing activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring a deliberate, systematic approach to account engagement.
- Content Coordination & Management: Own the coordination and delivery of marketing content such as blogs, articles, case studies, sales enablement materials, social posts, presentations, and thought leadership assets. Manage reviews, approvals, deadlines, and final delivery to ensure polished, on-time outputs.
- Joint Client Marketing and Advocacy: Drive the coordination and execution of joint client marketing assets, advocacy opportunities, and related campaigns in partnership with business and marketing stakeholders.
- Digital Marketing & Channel Management: Manage the Insurance digital presence by coordinating social media activity, website updates, campaign assets, and channel execution to improve engagement and support marketing objectives.
- Budget Tracking & Operations: Manage marketing operations, including budget tracking, purchase order coordination, forecasting inputs, status updates, and reporting. Maintain accurate records and proactively flag risks, gaps, or required decisions.
- Performance Analytics: Track, compile, and prepare regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, lead progression, and key marketing metrics to inform decisions and future planning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Drive joint marketing activations with technology partners, advisors, and industry analysts by managing planning details, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups to amplify reach and support growth priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
