Senior Manager, Business Operations Partner

Job Requisition ID # 26WD101229

As Senior Manager, Business Operations Partner, you are the dedicated operations partner for Autodesk's Expansion business in EMEA. You work closely with EMEA Expansion Sales leadership to understand how the business is performing, identify operational challenges, and drive issues toward resolution. You are responsible for connecting field needs and business context with the broader Revenue Operations organization, helping ensure the EMEA Expansion business can execute effectively.

This is a hands-on role. You are expected to get into the details, develop a clear point of view, and drive work forward across teams and functions. When this role is working well, EMEA Expansion leadership has greater visibility into the business, operational issues are addressed quickly, and insights from the field inform broader decisions and priorities.

You will report to the Senior Director, Operations Business Partner, Global Expansion. We offer hybrid contracts with no minimum office days.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related business partner role, preferably within an enterprise technology company
  • Experience partnering with Sales leaders in an embedded, field-facing capacity
  • Understanding of expansion sales, or other complex sales motions
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, with the ability to diagnose operational friction, identify root causes, and drive cross-functional resolution
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales and operational tooling; comfortable using data to understand business performance and identify where further investigation is needed
  • Ability to get things done across functions without direct authority, working effectively across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT and Finance
  • Strong communicator who can translate operational complexity into clear insights and recommendations for field and operations stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
