What You'll Be Doing
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align people priorities with organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on team effectiveness, talent decisions, and organizational design.
- Transform business challenges into impactful, people-centered solutions.
Team Development
- Lead and coach the People Solutions team to deliver responsive HR support.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

- Support leaders through transformational change and guide effective communication.
- Cultivate a culture of adaptability to enhance employee experience.
Program Delivery
- Lead core HR programs and ensure effective execution aligned with business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in HR, with 2-4 years in progressive management roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of business operations and demonstrated business acumen.
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated initiative with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills.
