We're looking for an experienced and strategic product leader to join the Media Platform group working on TiVo OS, and to own the next evolution of monetization and data on the platform. This is a high-impact role focused on TiVo OS, where you'll set the strategy for new monetization initiatives and data optimization. Success depends on close, collaborative work with the TiVo Ads team - partnering day to day to grow revenue across TiVo OS while protecting a premium viewer experience.

In this role, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across Engineering, UX, Business Development, Legal, and OEM partners to define key initiatives and ensure we're building impactful, user-driven solutions. You'll collaborate closely with the TiVo Ads team and a group of experienced product managers, bringing clarity to our approach, elevating our product thinking, and driving outcomes that matter to both viewers and the business.

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of TiVo OS and contributing meaningfully to our global strategy, planning, and execution.

Location: London - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the monetization & data product strategy and roadmap for TiVo OS, in close partnership with the TiVo Ads team
  • Lead new monetization initiatives across the platform - advertising experiences, placements, and revenue-driving features - balancing business goals with the viewer experience
  • Drive data optimization: shape how first-party data is captured, governed, and activated to improve targeting, measurement, and personalization
  • Define and monitor KPIs - revenue, ARPU, engagement, and customer impact - and use these insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Help drive clarity across teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and support executive communication
  • Drive product development from concept through launch, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product development with strategic and operational objectives
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to shape competitive and scalable monetization solutions for the smart TV and streaming ecosystem, while staying informed of evolving industry standards, emerging technologies, and global privacy regulations

Who We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including strategic leadership in platform or device environments
  • Deep experience in monetization, advertising, or data product management - ideally within TV, media, streaming, or AdTech
  • Strong understanding of platform advertising, viewership/ACR data, audience targeting, and measurement
  • Strong background in the TV, media, streaming, or consumer device industries
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience working closely with engineering, UX, legal, and business development teams
  • Strong communicator who can tailor messaging to both executive audiences and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with data governance and global privacy regulations is essential; OEM integration experience is a plus
