We are seeking a high-agency, strategic Senior Manager to serve as the enterprise execution lead for our security compliance and certification portfolio. This role directly supports our global assurance programs, focusing on translating complex regulatory requirements (NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, EU CRA, and customer-driven mandates) into seamless enterprise execution.

You will work across product security, IT, engineering, and legal disciplines to build a continuously audit-ready organization. Your core objective is translating baseline regulatory interpretations into actionable, automated, and defensible engineering reality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Architecture: Direct the execution of a multi-framework security compliance portfolio. Engineer end-to-end operational traceability linking regulatory obligations directly to technical controls and automated systems.
  • Operational Execution: Co-own the operationalization of compliance mandates with central GRC and Legal leadership. Translate legal interpretations into actionable engineering deliverables and actively manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • Risk Escalation Governance: Govern the identification, quantification, and remediation tracking of compliance risks. Wield the authority to enforce SLAs and escalate material blockers directly to executive leadership.
  • Audit Command Quality: Enforce stringent quality standards for technical system descriptions and continuous evidence generation. Command external audit operations to maintain a continuously audit-ready posture.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing compliance team. Define clear accountability matrices, allocate workload dynamically, and establish rigorous execution standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
