Join Walmart and help shape the future of global eCommerce.
As Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management – Marketplace Europe, you'll partner with high-value Marketplace sellers across Europe, helping them grow their business on Walmart's global marketplaces in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Based in our growing London office, you'll own strategic seller relationships, drive GMV growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional seller experiences while accelerating adoption of Walmart Marketplace solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic Marketplace sellers.
- Drive GMV growth through consultative account management.
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Increase adoption of Walmart Marketplace programs, including WFS, Walmart Connect, Ship With Walmart, and promotional events.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Support, and other teams to improve seller success.
- Develop data-driven business recommendations and growth strategies.

What you'll bring
- Experience in Strategic Account Management, Seller Success, Business Development, or eCommerce.
- Proven success growing revenue or marketplace performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Marketplace, SaaS, or digital platform experience.
- Cross-border or international eCommerce experience.
- Knowledge of European eCommerce.
- SQL, BigQuery, or advanced Excel skills.
